Brandon Blakemore Splat

This project was a difficult one but fun. The tools I used were the symbols tool the map art, and also the extrude and bevel. The easiest part of the project was the bottom two splats. the hardest was making the name look like that. Overall I liked this project and I hope we have more of them.

Personal Expression by Brandon Blakemore

This project was not too difficult. The easiest part was to make the words. The hardest part was to correct the image trace. The tools I used was the image trace tool, the text tool, and the gradient tool.

Snowboard Project Brandon Blakemore

This project was rather easy, yet I had troubles with the pen tool. The easiest part was changing the snow boarder. The hardest part of making this project wad making the background I didn't know how to work the gradient tool. Overall this was a fun and not too simple project.

Lilly Pad Project Brandon Blakemore

This project was the hardest one yet, this one was hard because of the tools I used. The tools used were the blend tools, gradient tools, the pen tools, and the ellipse tools. The Hardest part of this whole project was making he lily flower, it was hard because of the multitude of steps put into making it. The easiest part was the water background, it didn't involve as many complicated steps.

The steps are,

1. Make a shape 

2.  Select the shape

3. Click the Gradient Mesh tool

4. Choose the base color

5. Select the type 

6. Change all the colors you want 

Blakemore, Basketball Player

This project was a challenging project, because of the multiple tools we had to use. The hardest part of the whole assignment was making the basketball, I didn't understand the clipping markings. The easiest part of this project was making he body and legs because it was basic shapes. Overall I believe I did well on this assignment, it looks almost like the original.

Pen Practice Sign

 In my opinion I think my sign turned out rather well. There were multiple problems in this sign the paint was hard to fix. Also there were some problems with the shapes that make the chicken. But overall this project was a really good one and fun.

You have to open an internet explorer, save the picture, open adobe illustrator, create a new document, go to file place, chose the picture then unclick link the chose template.

A pattern brush to copy a design, reduce the size chose the shape you want it around and apply.

Las Vegas Sign

This sign was not really easy to make but it was hard at some points. the hardest thing i thought was was the lights on the outside. The easiest was to recreate the letters. This was a fun and good project to do. I think I could have done better with the lights and the size but overall I like it.
